Several yoga asanas can aid in the process of growing taller. You can perform them and some typical yoga postures for height increase are the following:
Sukhasana (Easy Pose)
As the name goes, this is a simple yoga pose. Sit on the floor or any flat surface then cross your legs making sure each of your foot rests snugly below opposite knees. To be more comfortable, widen your shins and let the outer edges of your feet rest comfortably on the floor. You also have to sit straight and to do this, stretch your spine, while keeping your pelvis in neutral position. Place your hands on your lap or knees and take in deep breathes and exhale.
Tadasana (Mountain Pose)
Tadasana or Mountain Pose is another great way to lengthen your spine and grow taller. This is also a simple pose. Stand straight with your big toes touching each other. To evenly balance your weight on both feet, gently lift and spread the toes and the balls of your feet. After this, flex your thighs and lift your knee caps and do this without hardening your belly. Then raise your arms above your head at the same time raising your whole body upwards, elevating yourself to the tips of your toes. To avoid tightening your belly, you can press your shoulder blades back. Feel the stretch in your whole body and at least remain in this position for 30 to 40 seconds.
